Designed for consistency, the unwinding section features a high-performance EPC (Edge Position Control) system to ensure linear stability and neat finished rolls. The entire line utilizes a closed-loop constant tension design with high-precision sensors, guaranteeing accurate tension throughout the printing process.
*Efficient & Flexible Drying Solutions
The machine comes equipped with an independent hot air electric heating drying unit, optimized for high efficiency and energy conservation. To adapt to various factory environments, it also offers the flexibility to select thermal oil or steam heating methods.
