The machine is suitable for slitting BOPP, pet, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, aluminized film, roll paper, composite film and other roll materials, and cutting and slitting the materials according to different needs in the production process.

1. **Intelligent PLC & Touchscreen Control System**

The machine features a PLC-centralized electric braking system. Cutting parameters are easily set via the touchscreen, with real-time working status displayed on the LCD. Equipped with start buffering, stop anti-loosening, meter counting, and fixed-length cutting functions, the system ensures straightforward and stable operation. 

2. **Precision Tension & Deviation Correction Control**

Adopting a fully automatic unwinding tension system, it maintains constant tension and supports taper tension control as needed. The photoelectric automatic deviation correction system enables automatic edge tracking or line tracking, guaranteeing accurate substrate feeding positioning. 

3. **Convenient Material Handling Structure**

Raw material loading and unloading apply an air shaftless clamping design with a hydraulic lifting system (lifting structure optional), improving efficiency and ease of operation. 

4. **High-Precision Servo & Variable Frequency Drive**

Main traction and rewinding are driven by servo motor and variable frequency control respectively. Winding tension is automatically adjusted by PLC based on slitting process parameters and real-time roll diameter changes. 

5. **Professional Slip Shaft for Versatile Slitting**

The rewinding slip shaft with automatic tension control is specially suitable for slitting multiple coils of materials with uneven thickness, ensuring high-quality and consistent rewinding results
